We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is not in the “Non-returnable items” list

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Innerwear & lingerie

  • Beauty products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance / sale items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video or clear photos as proof

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at brighttouchpvtltd@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Our team will review your request

  3. We will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back (depends on location)

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval/rejection

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund may take 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit / Wallet

6. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for:

  • Size issues

  • Color change (if available)

  • Product replacement

Exchanges depend on product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In such cases, you can apply for a return after receiving the product.
